Little tools to help kids understand BIG emotions!

🎭 ALL EMOTIONS ARE NORMAL. ALL EMOTIONS ARE HEALTHY! 🎭

The Emotional Warriors Card Game is a fun and interactive way for kids to recognise, understand, and manage emotions—helping them develop essential emotional intelligence skills for life.

Why It Matters:

Emotions play a crucial role in our well-being. This game teaches kids that all feelings are valid while providing them with the tools to express and regulate emotions in a healthy way.

What Kids Will Learn:

💡 Recognise emotions and their unique characteristics
💡 Understand how emotions feel in the body
💡 Discover why emotions are important for growth and well-being
💡 Learn simple, effective strategies to manage BIG emotions

Each Emotion Character Card includes a challenge, question, or prompt to spark meaningful conversations and reinforce emotional awareness.

What’s Inside?

😊 36 beautifully illustrated cards featuring 18 different emotions
😊 2 BONUS resilience-building tools
😊 Instruction sheet with easy-to-follow game rules
😊 Perfect for 2-3 players – Play Memory, Snap, or Go Fish!

For Ages 3+

This game is designed for kids aged 3 and up, but younger children will benefit most when playing with a parent or caregiver. At this stage, they can start recognising emotions through simple games like Memory Match, while older kids can engage in deeper conversations about feelings.

By playing together, parents also strengthen their own emotional literacy, creating a fun, supportive way to connect and grow as a family.

Play. Learn. Grow.

💬 Got Questions?

Resilience, Confidence & Emotions

What if my child or teen has anxiety, low confidence, or big emotions?
These tools are therapy-aligned and backed by positive psychology. They're used by families, therapists, and educators to help kids and teens build emotional strength and resilience. Not a replacement for therapy, but a fantastic support tool—especially when used consistently or alongside other supports.

Do they help break negative thinking or generational habits?
Yes—whether you’re 8 or 80, it’s never too late to start. These journals were created by a mum who wanted to give her kids what she never had: emotional tools that actually stick. They’re about small steps, everyday moments, and showing up for yourself.

Can adults use these too?
Absolutely. Our adult range is designed to help with mindset, resilience, and emotional wellbeing—whether you're parenting, teaching, healing, or simply needing more calm and clarity in your day. No fluff. Just science-backed support for real life.

Am I too old to start journaling or mindset work?
Never. You're not too old and it's not too late. Many of our customers are adults who are just now discovering how powerful these tools can be—for healing, growth and navigating everyday stress. One small, intentional step at a time is all it takes.

Product Fit & Use

What age is this best for?
- Kids (5–10): best with some adult guidance, but only you know your childs abilities
- Teens (11–16+): more independent use
- Adults (16+): self-guided tools for growth & mindset
If you're unsure, send us a message—we’re happy to recommend the right product for your needs.

My child isn’t a big writer—will they still engage?
Yes! These products are made to be flexible and fun. Some kids draw, some talk through the prompts, others run with it. There's no one right way—just consistent, supported use.

Can these be used together as a family?
Absolutely. Many of our kits and card sets are designed for connection. Whether it’s 5 minutes before bed or journaling side-by-side, it’s about creating space for reflection and emotional growth—for everyone involved.

We have a 6 year old with fairly big emotions and was looking for another way to see and use our emotions. These are amazing. We use them when we are feeling different. She finds the two or three that she is feeling and we talk about them. It’s certainly helping and now she is asking for them when upset. We also spend time when we are not feeling anything different to read and explore and think of times when we did feel them. Really rate them.
